New Property Under Management in Edinburgh - Brewlands Cottage

I’m Your Host is pleased to share that not only do we have a new property, we also have a new location - Edinburgh.

Edinburgh is a wonderful destination for holiday makers and tourists with lots of history, activities, famous landmarks, incredible restaurants and of course whisky! I’m Your Host collaborated with the owner of Brewlands Cottage to put together a guidebook for all visitors to Edinburgh so that they can plan their trip and get some insider tips on where to eat, explore and drink.

Brewlands Cottage is a cosy and characterful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage in the historic market town of Dalkeith, just 6 miles from Edinburgh. Central Edinburgh can be reached on foot/train in 45 mins. Built in 1820, it has been lovingly furnished to create a warm home-from-home. With parking for one car, a sociable open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, and three comfortable double bedrooms set across three floors, it’s the perfect base for families, friends, and Edinburgh adventures.

When the owner originally contacted I’m Your Host, she was unsure of how to set up the property or what income it may generate for her. We assisted her with tailored advice to her property and provided her with an earnings estimate. We are pleased that in the first 6 months of operation we were able to surpass our estimates, thanks to our quick customer service, bespoke dynamic pricing and excellent reviews gained quickly at the property.
